       High-temperature resistant tubular conveyor sand tank large circular tube feeder, Application range and characteristics:(1)Screw conveyor is a widely used conveying equipment in chemical, building materials, grain and other departments, mainly used for conveying powdered, granular and small lump materials. It is not suitable for conveying perishable, viscous and easily agglomerated materials. (2) The operating environment temperature for screw conveyors is —20~50℃ ; the conveyor's inclination angle β≤20°; the conveying length is generally less than 40m, with a maximum not exceeding 70m. (3) Compared with other conveying equipment, screw conveyors have the advantages of simple structure, small cross-sectional size, good sealing performance, ability to load and unload at multiple points along the way, safe and convenient operation, and low manufacturing cost. Their disadvantages include severe wear of components, lower conveying capacity, high power consumption, and the tendency of materials to break during transportation.

       Classification and structural features: (1) The spiral blades of screw conveyors come in three types: solid spiral surface type, belt spiral surface type, and blade spiral surface type. The solid spiral surface is called the S type, with a spiral pitch for the GX type being 0.8 times the blade diameter; the LS type screw conveyor is suitable for conveying powdered and granular materials. The belt spiral surface, also known as the D type, has a spiral pitch equal to the spiral blade diameter and is suitable for conveying powdered and small lump materials. The blade spiral surface is less commonly used, mainly for conveying highly viscous and compressible materials; during conveying, it simultaneously completes processes such as mixing and blending, with a spiral pitch approximately 1.2 times the spiral blade diameter. (2) The spiral blades of screw conveyors come in two rotation directions: left-hand and right-hand. (3) Types of screw conveyors include horizontal fixed screw conveyors and vertical screw conveyors. Horizontal fixed screw conveyors are the most commonly used type. Vertical screw conveyors are used for short-distance lifting of materials, with a conveying height generally not exceeding 8m; the spiral blades are of the solid surface type and must be fed by a horizontal screw to ensure the necessary feed pressure. (4) At the material outlet end of LS and GX type screw conveyors, a 1/2 to 1 turn reverse spiral blade should be installed to prevent material blockage at the end. (5) Screw conveyors consist of three main parts: the screw body, inlet and outlet ports, and the drive unit. The screw body is composed of head bearings, tail bearings, hanger bearings, the screw, casing, cover plate, and base.
